Wrong nuclear power plant policy in Korea

The Financial Times introduced Korean Government's wrong policy about nuclear power plants. The article introduced opinions of Korean experts. They said that they cannot understand why the operation of Shingori-4, the completed plant, has been so delayed. The various opinions from professors from department of nuclear energy engineering in Seoul National University and analysts in asset managements were quoted.
